Want the convenience of having your rentals delivered, then we are here to help. We will gladly bring your items to you, professionally and courteously, for the minimal of charge. As always, we will do our best to honor your request to deliver your items at a time which is best for you, but plan ahead early to make sure your time is available. Deliveries are available Monday through Friday, 9-5 and Saturday 8-12. Please call or email to inquire about our current delivery rates.
Upon delivery and pick-up, we are happy to set-up and take-down your rental items for you. The fee for this stress-free service is .50 cents a chair and 1.00 dollar a table. Please schedule this service at the time of your booking to ensure adequate time is allowed on the day of your event, but last minute requests for this service will be honored if time allows us.
We require 50% of your booking in order to hold your date. Reductions in your rental are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your event. We will also gladly add rental items to your booking as long as we have them in stock at the time of your request.
Delivery of your rental items is available for a minimal fee during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 9-5 and Saturday, 8-12. Delivery rates quoted are for deliveries to one, specified location.
Set-up and Take-down service can be added to any delivery. The cost for this service is .50 cents a chair and 1.00 dollar a table. Please arrange this service prior to delivery date to ensure adequate time is available.
At the time of pick-up or return, all china, silver, utensils, etc should be rinsed and clean of food and placed back in the containers provided for the rentals. Linens should be dried and returned with hangers. Tables and chairs should be dry and knocked down and stacked. Items which do not meet these requirements are subject to additional fees.
All the items rented are under the supervision and responsibility of the fees are charged for loss or negligence of the renter.
